Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tech Akash Walke, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions to every client. As a service-based business offering website development, mobile apps, SEO, and marketing services, our operations are tailored, custom-built, and executed based on individual client requirements.

📦 Return Policy

As our services are digital and customized, returns are not applicable. Once the project has started or digital deliverables have been shared, they cannot be returned.


💰 Refund Policy

We follow a strict no refund policy under the following conditions:

  • If the project has already been initiated after client approval.
  • If partial or full work has been delivered or deployed.
  • If delays occur due to missing inputs, approvals, or resources from the client’s side.

However, in exceptional cases where Tech Akash Walke fails to initiate the service as promised or is unable to deliver due to internal limitations, a partial refund may be issued after internal review.

Note: Any applicable refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment source.


Cancellation Policy

Once an order or project is confirmed and payment is received, cancellation is not permitted. However:

  • If the client requests cancellation before the project kickoff or before any work has started, a cancellation fee of up to 30% may be charged and the remaining balance refunded.

To initiate a cancellation request, you must email us at techakashwalke358@gmail.com within 12 hours of payment with subject line “Service Cancellation Request”.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Since we deliver digital services, there is no physical shipping. All communication and deliverables are shared electronically via:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Google Drive
  • Project Management tools (if applicable)

Turnaround times are discussed and agreed in writing before project initiation.
